From the age of fifteen, he did internships in various restaurants in Lima, studied at Le Cordon Bleu and later worked in Italy, Spain and Brazil, where he fell in love with Mediterranean food, he went among other restaurants, through "El Celler de Can Roca", in Girona, Spain, one of the cradles of gastronomic innovation and one of the best restaurants in the world, where he perfected his technique.
Pan Sal Aire was born as a family business, where Jerónimo has been able to capture his different passions: food, design and architecture and good music.
